About Us

E-Bed System was established in 2006 after the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. The founder worked tirelessly on weekends designing the ultimate emergency preparedness bed and after a few months, he quit his job with a mission and began E-Bed System. Since then, E-Bed System has played a critical role in natural disasters’ emergency response including the Covid Pandemic, Hospital Overflow, and even a presence in Hollywood with some movie projects.

Our corporate headquarters are based in Tacoma, WA, and our fulfillment warehouse located just outside of Portland, OR.  E-Bed System is committed to providing timely quoting and fulfillment with a customer-centric focus. Our Sourcing Specialist Team negotiates the highest quality materials presenting the best prices for our clients. We offer a full selection of emergency medical equipment and are enthusiastic to learn about your projects and specific needs. If you require something beyond our core catalog, we can help with that too as customization is an additional option.

“In the world of disaster response, the best solutions are simple, adaptable and reliable. EBED meet all three requirements. The design team anticipated a wide range of needs and came up with options that make sense. Their equipment can be easily stored, rapidly deployed and it is rugged enough to withstand the rigors of improvisational field medicine. I am impressed.”
